Olivia T. Scott, a retired educator, spent 36 years as a Librarian/Media Specialist in Bradford County, serving at both the Elementary and High School levels.

Mrs. Scott earned a BS Degree from Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, and a Masters Degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville.  She is very active in her church and community.  She currently serves on the Shands @ Starke Hospital Advisory Board, Santa Fe Community College Advisory Board, Shands @ Starke Hospital Auxiliary, Bradford County Education Foundation, Bradford County Democratic Executive Committee, and the Lawtey Trail Ridge Organization.  Mrs. Scott joined CHARM, Inc. as a Witness Role Model in 200l.  Shortly afterwards, she joined the CHARM Board of Directors and was recently elected its President.
